The SI1M4744D is a 75 cm induction hob from Smeg with a Universal Aesthetic. It is available in black and can be built-in as an ultra-low profile or fully flushed. The hob features a compact slider plus controls, which are aesthetically pleasing in both form and materials and has an unmistakable design perfect for cooking with practicality and safety. The hob also has an Auto Pot Detection system, which automatically detects pans, so you don’t have to worry about activating the correct area. Additionally, the hob has an AutoVent 2.0 function, which allows for fully automatic management of fume and vapour extraction when combined with a hood equipped with the same function. The hob is also equipped with the Eco-Logic Advance system, which improves energy savings by limiting power consumption down to a minimum of 2.4 kW. The hob also has a Multizone function, which expands the cooking area to suit the shape and size of different pans, providing maximum flexibility in the use of the hob and endless cooking possibilities. Finally, the hob has a grill function, which distributes heat evenly over the entire cooking surface, allowing for perfectly grilled meat, fish, and vegetables with just two minutes of pre-heating the griddle.
